HIRING: HR Assistant
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: March 31, 2025
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month plus allowances and incentives
Medical Reimbursement: ₱30,000 upon successful completion of training period subject to rules
Leave Credits: 10 Vacation Leave (VL) and 10 Sick Leave (SL) credits subject to eligibility
Government Benefits: SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and other statutory benefits
Year-end Benefits: Bonuses, conversion of unused leave credits, and 14th Month Pay for eligible
employees
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment tasks including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Oversee onboarding for new hires, including document management, biometrics, payroll registration, and orientation.
Process HR forms such as leave requests, attendance, and schedule adjustments, ensuring proper approvals.
Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, organizing events, and managing feedback channels.
Prepare and deliver HR-related documents like job offers, certificates of employment, and quitclaims, with necessary approvals.
Coordinate payroll-related tasks, including salary adjustments, allowances, and intern payments.
Manage offboarding, including clearance, exit interviews, and last pay preparation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, making announcements as
needed.
Order and manage office, pantry, and medical supplies, and coordinate with service providers for client appointments.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of HR and administrative experience.
Familiar with HR best practices.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and DOLE guidelines, with the ability to seek help for complex issues.
Proficient in Microsoft O7ice and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
