๐A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐ค๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ or a related role especially in medical institutions/environment.
๐Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
๐Familiarity with Active Directory (Ads, Moves, Changes, etc).
๐Advanced networking and troubleshooting skills.
๐Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
๐Customer-oriented approach to providing technical support.
๐Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
- Attend troubleshooting calls and execute installations, desktop maintenance, repair systems and applications installed on desktops and perform application upgrades when necessary.
- Assess user needs and develop technical solutions on work related issues.
- Document on technical support and business processes.
- Maintenance and troubleshoot end user desktops;
- Install and manage peripheral support devices like printers, scanners, monitor extensions, etc.
- Patch management, optimization, anti-malware, anti-virus.
- Provides support for workstations including network troubleshooting and complex application issues.
- Respond to incidents within SLA or within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency and follows up with customers on all issues.
- Utilizes Network Monitoring tools to notify Administrators when a problem occurs.
- Support teamโs abilities and functions through positive customer relations.
- Identifies and documents resolutions and openly shares information across the team.
- Working knowledge of managing tickets, follow up actions and close issues.
- Escalate tickets to proper Tier groups within the defined SLAs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, manage user expectations and potential risks.
-Can do multi-tasking and knows how to prioritize tasks accordingly.
-Able to provide updates to supervisor/manger and escalate issues that are out of hand in full details.
-- Responsible for updating, managing, receiving and dispatching of equipment, and track and maintain stocks levels and inventory.
