Patient came in with sharp, persistent pain on tooth #28, especially at night—something we should never ignore. After a thorough assessment, we identified the culprit: an erupted and carious third molar (wisdom tooth).

To relieve the pain and prevent further complications, the wisdom tooth was carefully extracted.
