On December 1, 2025, VRP Medical Center and the Bureau of Fire Protection signed a Memorandum of Agreement, establishing a commitment in promoting public health through mobile blood donation drives and VRP's obligation to supporting BFP's mandate by caring for its personnel, their dependents, and retired personnel.
