🎗️July is Sarcoma Awareness Month 🎗️

Sarcoma is a rare type of cancer that arises in the bones and soft tissues — including fat, muscle, nerves, and blood vessels. Though it accounts for only about 1% of adult cancers, it’s aggressive and often goes unnoticed until it's advanced.

🔶 Soft Tissue Sarcoma Symptoms:
Painless lump or swelling that grows over time (commonly in arms, legs, or trunk)
Pain or tenderness if the tumor presses on nerves or muscles
Limited range of motion if near a joint
Unexplained weight loss or fatigue (in later stages)

📣Awareness Matters:
Early detection saves lives. Raising awareness helps people recognize symptoms, encourages timely diagnosis, and supports research efforts.

🟡 Sarcoma often starts silently.
Early signs may be mistaken for sports injuries or benign lumps, which is why awareness and early detection are critical.
