Giawhag ang mga ginikanan sa mga bata nga nag-edad og 12 anyos hangtod sa 17 anyos sa pagparehistro kanila sa pabakunata.com aron mabakunahan na unya kon ugaling sugdan na ang pagbakuna sa mga minors.

Giawhag ang mga ni-rehistro na sa paghuwat lang sa text message gikan sa Cebu City Vaccination Operations Center.

DOH guidelines on general vaccination of 12-17 year olds dated October 28, 2021, signed by Usec Myrna Cabotaje. Roll-out November 3, nationwide November 5. LGU will be main coordinators. Only consent and assent forms required for “well” adolescents; medical evaluation of eligibility for vaccination done on site. Those with co-morbidities still need medical clearance by attending pediatrician/physician. A dedicated lane will be provided for them.
