On March 24, 2026, our Lenten Retreat at Montebello brought together our team for a morning filled with meaningful activities—moments of introspection, appreciation of life’s blessings, and spiritual growth. The event was made even more special with an inspirational message from our Chief of Hospital, Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta, whose support for activities like this ensured its success.

We were also inspired by the insightful message of Rev. Fr. Ryan J. Aban, our Resource Speaker, whose guidance deepened our faith and encouraged us to embrace the spirit of Lent in our daily lives.

A truly enriching experience that reminded us of the importance of reflection, connection, and gratitude. 🙏💛

Celebrating the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women 💜

Last March 13, 2026, the DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Cebu City proudly conducted its Women’s Month Celebration at Danao Coco Palms. The activity began with a heartfelt recognition of our women leaders of the Center, followed by an inspiring message from our Chief of Hospital III, Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta.

The highlight of the event was an enlightening seminar entitled “Empowering Women: Understanding PCOS, Hormonal Imbalance, Post Partum, Perimenopause, and Menopause” delivered by our very own Medical Specialist II, Dr. Heide Tagab-Romero. Her valuable insights deepened our awareness of women’s health and well-being.

To further honor and appreciate our women employees, health kits were distributed as a simple gesture of care and gratitude.

Together, we celebrate women—not just this month, but every day. ✨💪

The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center – Cebu City successfully conducted an Orientation on the Preparation of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for Job Order (JO) personnel on February 24, 2026, held at the Social Hall, Admin Building of the facility. The activity reinforced the Center’s commitment to promoting accountability, clarity of roles, and performance alignment among all personnel, recognizing the vital role that Job Order personnel play in supporting the Center’s operations and services.

The activity was formally opened with inspirational remarks from our Chief of Hospital III, Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta, who emphasized the importance of understanding individual roles and responsibilities in contributing to the achievement of the Center’s goals and mandate. She also highlighted the significance of establishing a performance review mechanism for JO personnel to effectively monitor their performance and accomplishments.

The orientation was facilitated by our resource speaker, OIC–Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Lawrence Nicole Gomera, who provided guidance on the proper preparation of IPCRs and underscored its importance in ensuring that individual outputs remain aligned with the Center’s performance targets and service delivery standards.

Through initiatives like this, the Center continues to strengthen its culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence in public service. 🩷🩷🩷
