C.H.A.S.E Diagnostics was first established at G/F RKD Bldg., AS Fortuna, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014 on August 2014 ,and has now situated at a new location at Units 1&2, Alpa Centrum, Lopez Jaena Street, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014 in which we officially opened on September 27, 2017.
