Only 2 years into the sport of standup jet ski racing, Brian Lim is already a force in this scene. He bagged the top spot of the Veterans Category and 3rd place overall in the Experts Category yesterday at the Watercraft Association of Cebu Jet Ski Race held in Liloan over the weekend. He also joined TWM Tabuelan triathlon the previous weekend and won 3rd in the VIP category!

One month before his back to back races in November, Brian decided to add nutrition guidance to complete his programming and preparation. He enrolled in our 3-month Sports Nutrition Program coupled with Strength & Conditioning sessions with Coach Duy of Movement Lab. He was given a personalized meal plan and had special home sessions to organize and equip his kitchen and teach his cook how to prepare the meal plan. Indeed, with the dedication and discipline Brian applied throughout the program, he felt lighter and stronger at the same time. The goal was to be able to recover quickly and optimally in between his races, but he gained even more than that. Despite being a steak lover and meat eater, Brian developed a renewed relationship and perspective on food, desiring healthier options--even craving for veggies! Best of all, he was cleared to stop taking cholesterol meds too, since his latest lab results came out all normal!

Your dedication to your sport and fitness are truly unmatched! We are immensely proud of you! Thank you for making us part of your journey! 💪🩵🧡

Congratulations in advance to Brian as he is the overall tour points leader for the vet ski GP class. Congratulations as well to all the ski class riders who committed to this race and braved punishment in the heavy ocean chop of the Bohol straight. 🔱👍👍❤️

Last Saturday, 's very own Dr. Pierre Mella and Nutritionist Justinne Go, were invited as speakers for the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers Cebu Chapter's CPD event entitled "The Symmetry of You: Embrace Wellness, Embrace Life" at City Sports Club Cebu.

Dr. Pierre Mella talked about Exercise for Longevity, emphasizing on ergonomic designs to support spine health and the importance of exercise for a pain-free, enjoyable quality of life as we age.

Chief PT Eloisa Bacaltos also demonstrated functional movements to maintain or improve mobility and posture alongside Dr. Pierre Mella.

Nutritionist Justinne shared strategies on How to Build A Healthy Homebase, sharing tips such as investing in essential kitchen tools and equipment for healthy food preparation, healthy pantry staples, how to do healthy grocery shopping, and healthy snack options.

Free Bone Mineral Density Scan and Body Composition Analysis were also offered onsite.
