Last September 7 at SM Seaside City Cebu, Cube Wing, the CDU-OT Department joins the "𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮" event! 🌏🚶

📌Here’s a quick recap! The event opened with an intermission performance and welcoming remarks, followed by talks from our speakers on Dementia 101, the Commission of Senior Citizens, and a community discussion. We also enjoyed another intermission with ABBA hits before wrapping up the day with a parade to officially close the event.

It was a day filled with connection and community! This event brought us fun performances and a deep dive into dementia, wrapped up with a joyful parade, connecting all generations. We walked to show our solidarity and support for those facing this problem alone.💙

Today, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 8, 2025, we celebrate 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 with the global PT community. 🌍 This year’s theme highlights one of the most important stages of life—𝑨𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈—with a focus on maintaining strength, preventing frailty, and reducing the risk of falls.

As the world’s population continues to grow older, the role of physical therapists becomes even more vital. Through guided movement, exercise, and education, PTs help older adults stay active, independent, and confident in their daily lives. 💪✨

On this day, the 𝘾𝘿𝙐 𝘾𝙍𝙎 𝙋𝙏 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 extends our appreciation to all physical therapists worldwide. Thank you for your dedication to improving health, preserving mobility, and empowering people to age with dignity and vitality. 🌟

Today, August 21, 2025, we commemorate the life and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., whose courage and sacrifice continue to inspire Filipinos in upholding democracy and justice.

May this day remind us of the value of service, integrity, and the enduring pursuit of a just and democratic nation.

In observance of this Special Non-Working Holiday, Cebu Doctors’ University will be closed today. Only personnel assigned to specific tasks will be allowed entry during this period.

BSRTp - 20 Years Strong!

Twenty years ago, Cenu Doctors’ University opened its doors to aspiring Respiratory Therapists. Since then, it has produced topnotchers and highly skilled professionals.

As the only school in Cebu offering the program, CDU continues to uphold excellence and shape compassionate leaders in the field.
