UCMed, in collaboration with Barangay Tag-Ube, Compostela, Cebu, held a Tree Planting Activity last July 19, 2025, with the theme: "Strong Roots, Strong Future: Celebrating 10 Years of Growth and Sustainability." This meaningful initiative aimed to bring hope and help restore the area's natural landscape by planting trees.

MENRO Administrative Staff, Mr. Peter Dave Luzel R. Buensuceso and Mr. Edjie C. Benologa, who also assisted in the activity, emphasized the long-term impact of environmental efforts. The success of the event was strengthened by the support of Barangay Captain Ms. Cherrylin C. Noquiao and Mr. Tomas C. Quimod, Chair of the Barangay Committee on Environment. Together, they helped plant not just trees, but a shared commitment to environmental care.
