And that’s a wrap for our 1st of many Lutong Pangkabuhayan Program!

The participants were not just able to learn how to make mango jam which can help and bring them ideas to venture out into the food business but were also able to take home the knowledge of pricing and costing, as well as sanitation guidelines that need to be practiced when planning to open a food business. And to top it off, they are also able to bring home and enjoy the jam that they made.

A big thank you and congratulations to the participants for showing interest and enthusiasm for the program and the April-May CDU-OT CBR Team for spearheading and launching this
livelihood program for the residents of Brgy. Guizo, Mandaue.
The Lutong Pangkabuhayan Program is on every Friday. Stay tuned for the next schedule and dishes!
