Get that screening colonoscopy if you are 4️⃣5️⃣ and up 💯

We lost a legend in pool today. The Iceman, Mika Immonen.

I remember when he won the World Championship back in 2001. I had the pleasure of meeting him and playing him. He was a cool guy.

I just want to take this opportunity to highlight something Mika posted when he got diagnosed with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer.

He said if you're nearing 40, get that colonoscopy. That is one of the best preventions for one of the most common cancers for men.

I'm sure he would be happy to be able to prevent another human being lost to this disease. So I spread this message of awareness in honor of him.

Rest in peace, Iceman. 🙏🏻

Normal ba ang almoranas o hemorrhoids? 🤔

🌀 Ang almoranas (o hemorrhoids) ay mga ugat o kumpol ng daluyan ng dugo na matatagpuan sa dulo ng rektum at anus/puwitan.

🌀 Lahat ng tao ay may almoranas — tumutulong ito sa pagkontrol ng pagdumi sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng "cushion" o suporta sa puwitan.

🌀 Kapag sinabing “may almoranas,” ang tinutukoy ay yung namamaga na almoranas, na nagdudulot ng kirot, pangangati, pagdurugo, o paglabas sa puwitan

So, normal ba na may hemorrhoids ka? YES ❗️
