Lately, I’ve been feeling heavy.

Not just with my own emotions, but with the weight of everything happening around me, and within the lives of the beautiful souls I work with.

There were moments I honestly questioned if I should continue. The readings, the rituals, the energy work… they take so much from me.

Sometimes I feel like I absorb so much pain, fear, and sorrow that it’s hard to find space for my own breath.
I found myself asking, What is my purpose? Is everything I do even worth it?

But Spirit has a way of answering, softly and clearly.
Every time I sit with a client… every time we journey through the shadows and find light again…

Every time someone says, “Thank you. I feel lighter now. I feel hope again.”

I am reminded.

This is why I do what I do.
This is my purpose.
This is where I am meant to use my gift.

I may get tired. I may need to pause sometimes. But I won’t stop.
Because even in the moments when I feel lost, your stories, your healing, your courage, they bring me back home.

Thank you for trusting me with your heart.
Thank you for reminding me of mine.
