In our active effort to help provide a positive and inclusive learning environment to equip young leaders with the personal skills to support their mental health and wellbeing, Kamusta Project collaborated with and i-Psych Mo Nga Ako to create a toolkit that will enable the youth to assess and measure depression tendencies.

This Filipino Youth Depression Scale will be downloadable online for FREE on our website launching this weekend. Our team is quite excited to share this to all of you!

Join us here on Facebook for a Saturday afternoon of learning and understanding Mental Health! See you. πŸ’›

Kamusta? Kitakits tayo sa 10.10 in celebration of World Mental Health Day β€οΈπŸ†

Our keynote speaker for 10.10 is a Registered Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Registered Teacher, Master in Business Administration, Master in Clinical Psychology, Post-Graduate Diploma Holder in Organizational Development, a Psychologist Licensure Examinations topnotcher, a Resource Speaker for Commission on Higher Education-I, Department of Health-III WHO Mental Health GAP Protocol, and Department of Education among others.

Mr. Michael Jimenez is definitely a heavyweight when it comes to the science of mental health. All the more, we particularly invited him to lead our discussion as he has his very own authentic and heartfelt approach to communicate facts and stories on mental health awareness in a fun and easily relatable manner.

Join us this Saturday for an afternoon filled with learning, meaning, and understanding! See you at 4PM live here on Facebook.

Happy Sunday from my bunso, Sinta & I!

Maraming salamat sa Global Dignity Philippines & Mind Matters para sa face mask na ipinadala nila sa akin after their Shifting Minds for Mental Health webinar! Gawa ni Nicole Laurel Asensio, pinsan ni Rajo Laurel. Ganda! Galing talaga ng Pilipino 😍

Bilang author ng Mental Health Law, I am glad we continue to find new solutions for mental health, lalo na ngayong pandemya. It is so important to keep physically AND mentally healthy! (Don't forget your masks!)

Sinta also is using a beautiful face mask made by indigenous weavers from Cordillera. πŸ₯° DOH-approved pa!

You can order one from here:
