Sakit sa Suso ng Babae at Lalaki

Mga dahilan ng paglaki ng suso:
1. Ang mga lalaki habang nagbibinata ay nagkakaroon ng maliit na mga bukol sa may ni**le o utong, dapat pansamantala lang ito dahil sa hormone na estrogen.
2. Minsan sa andropause o edad 70’s ng mga lalaki ay pwede ding lumaki ang breast dahil sa pagbaba ng testosterone.
3. Sa mga babae na naka-Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) o naka-Oral Contraceptive Pills ay pwede lumaki ang suso.
4. Kapag overweight o mataba ang babae o lalaki ay lumalaki ang suso.
Mga sintomas na nakikita sa suso:
1. Ang mga ina na nagpapasuso ay nagkakaroon ng pagbitak sa utong o ni**le na pwedeng lagyan ng oil o lotion para maiwasan ang pagsusugat.
2. Ang pagkati ng ni**le ay dahil sa iritasyon mula sa damit o tela, o fungal infection.
3. Nagkakaroon din ng discharge o lumalabas sa utong ng bagong panganak na sanggol sa loob ng ilang araw. Ang tawag dito ay witch milk.
4. Sa nagpapa-suso, importante ang unang gatas o colostrum na maibigay sa sangol. Dapat kumain ang ina ng masustansyang pagkain at uminom ng sapat na tubig. Pwede magpasuso ang may inverted ni**le, sabihin sa OB Gyn ninyo dahil mayroong paraan.
5. Kapag may discharge sa utong pero hindi naman buntis o nagpasuso, magpasuri sa doktor dahil may mga sakit sa thyroid na ganito ang makikita.
