We are pleased to inform the public that the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Satellite Office at Ayala Fairview Terraces is now offering Yellow fever, MMR and Polio Vaccination services for international travelers and individuals requiring these vaccines.

Suspension of work advisory as of September 1, 2025.

According to the DILG, the work in government offices is suspended today, September 1, 2025 (Monday), in Metro Manila and other affected areas due to heavy rainfall and possible flooding.

However, for those who had already booked their appointments (vaccination and certification services) on the said date, you will still be catered to in your respective BOQ NCR offices until 12:00 NN only.

We understand the importance of timely vaccination and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

August 26, 2025 (TUESDAY)

This is to inform the public that upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and management Council (NDRRMC), work in government offices in Metro Manila on August 26, 2025 is suspended in view of the forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought about by the Low-Pressure Area and the Southwest Monsoon.

However, for clients who had already booked their appointments (vaccination and certification services) on the said date, you will still be catered in your respective BOQ NCR Offices until 12:00NN only.

For clients who are affected by the suspension of word, you may email us at helpdesk.clinic@quarantine.doh.gov.ph or call 5318-7500 local 107 for rescheduling of appointment.

We wish to inform the public that the supply of Yellow Fever vaccine is currently limited due to delays in the delivery of our latest procurement. This situation is beyond our control, but we understand the urgency and importance of this vaccine for those preparing to travel or requiring immunization.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to expedite the arrival of the vaccines and restore full availability as soon as possible.
