In line with this year’s theme , we must all “Make Sleep Health a Priority”. Good health is not limited to diet and exercise alone. We should prioritize sleep as it is really essential to our physical, emotional and mental health. Let tonight be a beginning of healthy sleep for all of us, so we may consistently feel the transformative power that it can have in our lives.
