Just a friendly reminder😍 take care everyone!

The best place for a proper consultation is still the clinic, face to face. So when a doctor takes time to reply to you outside of that, be grateful—it’s a sign that they truly care.

How to make your child grow taller:

There are some things you can do to help them reach their full height potential. These include:

1.Eating a healthy diet

Feed them with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. These foods are all good sources of nutrients that are essential for growth, such as calcium, vitamin D, and zinc.

2.Encourage them to regularly exercise

Exercise helps to build strong bones and muscles, which can contribute to height growth. Aim for at least 60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

3. Make sure they get are getting enough sleep

Sleep is when the body produces growth hormone, which is essential for growth. Most children need around 10-12 hours of sleep per night.

4. Help them Manage stress

Stress can interfere with growth. Help your child to find healthy ways to manage stress, such as play, relaxation techniques, or spending time in nature.

5.Avoiding exposure to second hand smoke and alcohol

It is important to note that genetics play a major role in determining a person's height. If your child's parents are short, it is unlikely that they will grow to be very tall.

However, by following the above tips, you can help them reach their full height potential.

Here are some specific foods that are good for helping children grow taller:

1.Dairy products
Dairy products are a good source of calcium, which is essential for bone growth. Good choices include milk, yogurt, and cheese.

2.Eggs
Eggs are a good source of protein, which is also important for growth.

3.Green leafy vegetables Green leafy vegetables are a good source of vitamins A and K, which are important for bone health. Good choices include spinach, kale, and broccoli.

4.Fish
Fish is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for overall health and development. Good choices include salmon, tuna, and mackerel.

5.Whole grains
Whole grains are a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Good choices include brown rice, quinoa, and oatmeal.

If you are concerned about your child's height, talk to their doctor.

They can help you assess their growth and make sure they are getting the nutrients they need.

"Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share a tip for anyone who is looking for a way to relax and de-stress in the shower.

If you have been struggling with anxiety lately, I've learned that taking a low-stimulation sensory shower is really helpful.

Here are a few tips:

* Use a calming scent, like lavender or chamomile.
* Turn down the lights or light some candles.
* Play some soft music.
* Use a warm water temperature.
* Avoid using harsh soaps or shampoos.
* If you have a bathtub, you could try taking a bath instead of a shower.

I hope these tips help! Taking a low-stimulation sensory shower can be a great way to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just focus on your own well-being.

Give it a try and let me know what you think."

Here are some additional tips for taking a low-stimulation sensory shower:

* Use a shower curtain liner to help muffle sound.
* Put a towel over the shower door to block out light.
* If you have a detachable showerhead, you could try using it to create a gentle rainfall effect.
* Add a few drops of essential oil to your shower water for an extra calming boost.
* If you have a sensory tub, you could try taking a sensory bath instead of a shower.

I hope these tips help you create a relaxing and de-stressing sensory shower experience!
