The newly reformatted popular noontime show, 'Eat Bulaga" goes back live on air by GMA-7 with their new hosts, Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, siblings Cassy and Mavi Legazpi and Alexa Miro on June 5. The new hosts had entertained and shared thousands of joy to the viewers from Aparri to Jolo after a four days of absence. The new hosts performed with song and dance numbers during the opening and introduced their new game segments to the viewers. TAPE Inc. producers, their staff and hosts had a thanksgiving mass after the live show. The Jalosjos family didn't allow the media to grant an interview with them.
The original 'Eat Bulaga' will be back live on air in the middle of June after they finalized their contract with the new broadcasting network. Original 'Eat Bulaga' will have the same time slot of GMA-7 and TAPE Incorporated 'Eat Bulaga,' during noon time. The original 'Eat Bulaga,' will have a lot of new offerings and concepts of their game segments and contests to the viewers that will surely enjoy.

🔖Eat light food
When you have high blood pressure, you should not consume more than 1,500 mg of salt per day, which is less than a teaspoon. Instead of adding salt, you can eat foods with flavors of orange, tangerine, garlic, rosemary, ginger, chili or dill…
🔖Reasonable portion of food
Fill half of your plate with fruits and vegetables. A quarter with lean, protein like grilled fish, beans or chicken. The rest consists of grains, preferably whole grains like brown rice.
🔖Limit drinking coffee
The caffeine in coffee will increase your blood sugar and blood pressure. If you have high blood sugar or blood pressure after drinking coffee, limit your caffeine intake to 200 mg, about 2 cups of coffee a day.
