Subject: Unauthorized Use of Healthline Medical Health Services Medical Certificate

It has come to our attention that some individual who is not affiliated with our clinic has been using our medical sample format for PEME to illegitimately issue of medical certificates and charge excessive fees for medical process and documentation through their preparation of training and other clearances prior to their work application.

We would like to clarify the following:

• Only authorized medical professionals employed by our clinic accompanied with company ID are permitted to endorse or market our available medical services.

• ONLY AUTHORIZED PROCESSING AND COORDINATOR TEAM OF HEALTHLINE

• Any documentation not signed/stamp and verified by our clinic is not valid and should be reported immediately to the clinic.
• We do not issue certificates that is not undergo or assisted with our clinic staff.
• Our standard rates for services are transparent and available upon request. We do not charge unreasonable fees for any medical documentation or certificates.

If you have been approached by anyone claiming to represent our clinic but asking for unusually/ exceeding payment or offering services without a proper consultation, please report this to us immediately.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: RESUMPTION OF CLINIC OPERATIONS TOMORROW (JULY 24, 2025)

We are pleased to inform you that regular clinic operations will resume starting tomorrow (July 24, 2025) 8am-5pm.

Following the recent suspension due to heavy rainfall and flooding conditions have now improved and our facilities are ready to operate safely and efficiently once again.
