Pulmonary Rehabilitation Day officially landed on June 18, yet USTH CRM saved its big exhale for June 25—turning awareness into action. We kicked things off with a spirited Zumba session that showed exercise is more than sweat; it’s medicine. From there, a lay forum translated hard science into everyday strategies our patients and families can own. We wrapped it all up around one table, sharing food, stories, and a renewed promise to guard every breath.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with purpose, asked questions, and renewed the pledge to protect every inhale. Together, we prove that disciplined rehab and genuine camaraderie can change the arc of lung health. 💪🏽
