As we celebrate the Feast of the Black Nazarene. The feast, also called Pista ng Poong Itim na Nazareno, is an annual religious celebration of the creator's benevolence and mercy for the people every 9th of the January.

The translación highlight is the procession of the Black Nazarene figure, which is considered miraculous among devotees, from Luneta to Quiapo. Filipinos have a deep connection for the Black Nazarene as a testament for their suffering and devotion for Christ that the image represents.

This day-long march is participated by believers who are full of faith and hope that their prayers will be answered, and their sins pardoned, and also relate their daily struggles to Christ’s passion.
