PLEASE DON'T LOOK FOR GOUT DISEASES
Gout is an increasingly common disease in modern society. The proportion of young people with gout is increasing. Many people think that this disease is just a common bone and joint disease, not life-threatening, so they can "live with the flood". But is that true?
According to statistics from the UK Health Improvement Network, the risk of death of gout sufferers is 25% higher than that of the general population. The main cause of death is mainly due to subjective treatment not following the doctor's orders, causing the disease to worsen, dangerous to health.
If not controlled and treated promptly, it can cause dangerous complications, such as:
1. Bone and joint damage
Severe gout will form tophi granules. When this seed is broken, bacteria take the opportunity to enter the joint and cause arthritis, bone erosion => destruction of cartilage structure, sepsis, deformity or paralysis...
2. Kidney damage
In people with gout, kidney function will not work properly, they cannot perform the task of excreting uric acid from the body. Over time, the kidneys will be damaged => kidney stones and kidney failure.
3. Effects on the heart
When the disease progresses to a severe stage, the patient will have an increased risk of heart attack, high blood pressure, etc.
In particular, tophi will be deposited in the heart slits, putting patients at risk of stroke.
4. Gout can lead to cerebrovascular accident
People with gout often experience a sudden increase in blood pressure. Sudden sudden increase in blood pressure will put the patient at risk of cerebrovascular accident and, most seriously, lead to death.
5. Other dangerous complications: Cataracts, cataracts, dry eyesโฆ
So, is there a cure for this disease? The answer is NO!
Currently, both Western and Eastern medicine have a number of drugs that support the elimination of uric acid, anti-inflammatory drugs. But only a temporary and short-term solution. If these drugs are abused too much, they will have side effects such as: stomach pain, increased liver enzymes, decreased kidney function....
The most effective cure is to go from the root. If the disease is caused by eating habits, then it must be adjusted.
- Limit alcohol
- Control your daily diet: replace protein from meat and seafood with pure vegetable protein
- Weight control
- Exercise and exercise regularly.
