(1) Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
(2) At least 1β2 years of work experience in administrative, branch operations, or customer service roles (experience in healthcare, insurance, or HMO industry is an advantage).
(3) Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
(4) Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
(5) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
(6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(7) Ability to handle documentation, branch reports, and client coordination efficiently.
(8) Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes such as billing, reimbursements, and inventory monitoring.
(9) Can work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
(10) Customer-focused, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
(11) Willing to be assigned in AAP Tower Quezon City branch.
