Congratulations to the new appointment of Ms. JOANA GRACE CARLOS, MP, RPsy, RPm, LPT as the new Program Head of the Psychotherapy and Counseling Section effective August 8, 2025. Ms Carlos will oversee and supervise the BPS Manila Main Clinic and its Luzon regional, selected provincial and mobile satellite clinics to cater requests of different groups, private clients and industry partners in the different regions.

Ms. Carlos is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She started serving BPS Manila right after passing the Licensure Examination for Psychologists last August 2024 as Consultant Clinical, Assessment, Counseling and Forensic Psychologist alongside with her Headship in Student Affairs and Counseling Services from schools and colleges and Resource Person for mental health programs nationwide.
