In celebration of the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆, USTH Human Resource Department in collaboration with Apolinario Mabini Rehabilitation Center and Nutrition & Dietetics invites the employees to join the Stress Management Program entitled "𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆: 𝗔 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀".

The program will run for 4-hours which will include lectures, exercises, parlor games and surprises to *unleash the child is us*. Join and win exciting prizes.
