Speak Up Therapy Center

Speak Up Therapy Center “Providing services from the heart for every journey ahead.” We conduct individual, dyad, and group therapy sessions (upon recommendation of the therapist/s).

We provide Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Assessment and Therapy to clients ranging from pediatric up to adolescent age. Speech-Language Assessment and Therapy helps address concerns such as speech delay, receptive language delay, expressive language delay, and/or feeding. On the other hand, Occupational Therapy helps achieve independence in everyday activities done inside the home, in s

chool, or in other recreational activities. The Speak Up Therapy Clinic family is comprised of Certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Licensed Occupational Therapists all of which graduated from UP-Manila or UST. We give importance not only to the child, but also to their community. We believe that change and improvement can be achieved efficiently with the help of the people around the child. Thus, we make sure that the community is involved in every step of the way. Parent/Caregiver observations are highly suggested for the effective transfer of knowledge. Home works for the community are also provided to assure that what is being done in the clinic is carried over at home. Seminars and lectures are provided for parents and/or caregivers to make the child’s community more empowered and knowledgeable about matters that would help their child. To all the families who chose Speak Up Therapy Center this year, thank you for letting us be part of your journey. Every session, every milestone, every small win. We’re honored to walk beside you, with heart always at the center.

To our amazing team, you’ve shown up, poured your energy and care into your work, and made this place feel like home. We see you, and we’re so grateful for you.

As we head into 2026, we’re excited to grow even more with you! Expect new programs, fresh ideas, and the same heart-led service you’ve come to know.

Speak Up Therapy Center proudly continues its partnership with UP Manila – College of Allied Medical Professions (CAMP) Clinic for Therapy Services (CTS) in delivering accessible speech therapy services while the CTS clinic undergoes renovations.

Through this initiative, we’re able to extend essential and affordable services to more clients and their families — while also serving as a training ground for 4th-year Speech Pathology interns.

To our second batch of interns, thank you for your energy, dedication, and eagerness to learn. Your presence has made a meaningful impact not just within our center, but in the lives of those we serve.

Behind every session is a team that works with heart.

Last Sunday, the team behind Speak Up Therapy Center took a pause from work to reconnect over a shared meal and a creative mug-making activity.

Because in a strengths-based, person-led environment, we believe in supporting our team’s well-being as much as we support our clients.
