Dream A Little Dream The Child Health in Life and Development (CHILD) Foundation Inc. is the prime supporter of the PGH Department of Pediatrics

The PGH Department of Pediatrics is constantly hard-pressed to provide quality healthcare, especially for children with life-threatening ailments such as cancer, severe pneumonia, severe diarrhea, or complicated tuberculosis. Most of the families of these children cannot afford to buy food, much less expensive medicines. While all of the families who come to PGH cannot afford the full course of treatment for the illnesses of their children, the funding provided by government has never been enough to cover costs.

TURNOVER OF 1ST BATCH OF PEDIATRIC BEDS

The first 2 of 16 pediatric beds are turned over to PGH under the “Keeping the Dream Alive” campaign spearheaded by the AGSB Buscomm07 class. We would like to thank all of you who gave generously and are helping us in our efforts to provide better healthcare for the indigent pediatric patients of PGH. A simple click and less than 2 minutes of your time can improve the lives of babies and children at PGH. AsiaPay Philippines, our online payment service provider, will ensure your credit or debit card account is kept confidential. Once you have your card ready, please follow the steps below:

2. Input the amount you wish to donate in Philippine Pesos then click “donate”.

For Credit Card Donations

1. Click the logo of your credit card type. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB)
2. Provide your Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, Full Name, Country of Issuance, Bank Name, and the last 3 digits (Card Verification Number) found at the back of your card then hit “submit”.
3. You will be informed once your transaction is complete. The Keeping the Dream Alive logo should appear once you hit “continue”.

For ATM/Debit Card Donations

1. Click the logo of BancNet.
2. Choose the name of your bank from the dropdown list.
3. Provide your ATM number, Member Number (if required), Account type, and your PIN then hit the “PAY” button.
4. You will be informed once your transaction is complete. The Keeping the Dream Alive logo should appear once you hit “continue”.

If you exceed the prescribed time, a note will appear that says "session timed out". This means your transaction did not push through. Please try to donate again. Thank you for caring for the babies.

60km completed in about 14 hours (video shot around 7pm). Dindo running for the children! Thank you to the Friends of CHILD Foundation: Caty Genabe, Via Perlas, Mike and Leah Pastores, Skippy Ocampo, Zoe Pastores, Zach Pastores, Ashley Pastores, Hayley Pastores, Cath Velasco, & Angel Jacob. WHAT WE NEED: Make a one-time monetary donation to pay for the medicine & supplies of any of these patients. Every year, CHILD Foundation supports an average of 7,000 indigent patients a year.

We are at 50km. Thanks to the Friends of CHILD Foundation: Arkadiusz Banasik, Dennis Sison, Deb Yabut, Gerry & Cherry Pastores, Caty Genabe, Chris Lee, & Bok Barrameda. WHAT WE NEED: P500 pledge a day, for a month. ~40 children admitted daily, 15 severely ill & cannot breathe on their own. They need mech ventilators for at least 3days. It costs P500 a day to rent these machines. Pledge and help a child breathe.
