Ang mga klinik sa Outpatient Department (OPD), Cancer Institute (CI), at Sentro Oftalmologico Jose Rizal (SOJR) ng Philippine General Hospital ay sarado bukas, Agosot 26, 2025 (Martes).

Ito ay kasunod ng anunsyo ng Malacañang na suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas at trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno dahil sa posibleng masamang panahon.

Lahat ng mga appointment sa araw na ito ay magkakaroon ng bagong schedule na makikita sa Online Consultation Request & Appointment System (OCRA) http://pghopd.up.edu.ph.

As part of our celebration of the 47th National Disability Rights Week this July, the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Philippine General Hospital is pleased to open the call for nominations for individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions in the service of persons with disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens (SCs).

We are looking for exemplary individuals and advocates who embody compassion, commitment, and leadership in their respective fields.

Nominations are now open for the following categories:

🎖️Distinguished Person With Disability / Senior Citizen
— For individuals who have shown remarkable achievement, resilience, or community impact as a PWD or senior citizen.

🎖️ Distinguished Physiatrist with Advocacy for Persons With Disability and Senior Citizens
— For a physiatrist who has demonstrated exceptional advocacy, service, or innovation in the care and empowerment of PWDs and SCs.

🎖️ Distinguished Company or Organization with an Advocacy for Persons With Disability and Senior Citizens
— For a group or institution that has consistently promoted inclusive practices, accessibility, and support for the PWD and SC communities.

This July, come together to celebrate strength, amplify voices, and push forward for a more inclusive world as we celebrate National Disability Rights Week 2025 — happening from July 14 to 18 at the Philippine General Hospital!

This year’s theme, “Innovation for Inclusion: Building Inclusive Communities Together,” champions the disabled and senior members of our society, and spotlights how we can all take part in creating spaces where everyone belongs.

Hosted by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, this weeklong celebration at PGH features engaging forums, thought-provoking discussions, and empowering stories that highlight the power of connection and collaboration. True inclusion starts not just with access—but with empathy, dignity, and the shared belief that every person matters.
