Mental health is an integral component of one’s overall well-being, yet many employees struggle in silence, impacting productivity. Prioritizing mental health fosters a supportive culture and reduces stigma.

As we observe this year’s National Mental Health Month, with the theme, _“It is time to prioritize mental health in the workplace,”_ let’s pause and assess our environment. Let us create supportive settings by implementing wellness initiatives and promoting a healthy environment where everyone can thrive. Together, we can transform every workplace into a healthy workplace.
