What are the options in managing a 40-year-old female patient post subtotal thyroidectomy (total lobectomy and isthmectomy) with histopath of follicular nodular disease?
1. Periodic symptom and sign-based postop surveillance (sign-based - physical examination of the neck and pulse rate determination)

Public Notice on Discardment of Medical Clinic Records 2015 and Earlier – ROJoson – June 2025

A public notice is hereby given to all patients of ROJoson Medical Clinic on June 6, 2025.
Starting June 30, 2025, I will be discarding all hard copies of 2015 and earlier patients’ medical records in my ROJoson Medical Clinic in Manila Doctors Hospital. Those with last consults and follow-ups dated December 2015 and earlier will be discarded.
ROJoson’s patients who wish to have a copy of their old medical records before December 2015 are welcome to visit my clinic to request for a photocopy before they are discarded (before June 20, 2025).
Note: Seven (7) years is the retention period for outpatient medical records based on a Department of Health Circular 2021-0226.
