Pakikiisa Para sa Citywide End Violence Against Women (VAW): Sama-sama Laban sa Karahasan

Ang Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center ay aktibong nagsusulong para sa kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga kababaihan. Nakiisa ito sa kampanya ng buong lalawigan na CITY-WIDE End Violence Against Women 2025, 18-araw na kampanya na naglalayong wakasan ang karahasan laban sa kababaihan.

Noong nakaraang Sabado, Disyembre 6, 2025, nakibahagi ang mga empleyado ng ospital sa ginanap na Fun Run Against VAW bilang suporta sa kampanya laban sa VAW.

Kanina ay nagsagawa rin ang Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology kasama ang Public Health Unit ng isang Advocacy Lay Forum na may temang "Sa atin ang simula", na ginanap sa OPD Waiting Area. Tinalakay dito ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng VAWC, mga epekto nito sa kababaihan at mga bata, mga pangunahing usapin, at mga posibleng solusyon upang mapanatili ang respeto at proteksyon para sa lahat.

Sama-sama nating ipinapakita ang ating pagtutulungan upang wakasan ang karahasan laban sa kababaihan at paigtingin ang kamalayan sa komunidad.

We invite everyone to join us in a Healing Mass offered for the intentions of our staff, their families, and our patients.
May this celebration bring comfort, hope, and prayers for healing to all who seek it.

After the Mass, Fr. Mario Botial will administer the placing of the Tilma/manta of Our Lady of Guadalupe on the head or shoulders of those who wish to receive it.
The Tilma relic comes all the way from Mexico.

Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center, together with our OIC Medical Center Chief Dra. Grace H. Padilla, warmly welcomes the generous donors led by Dr. John Evie Cusi, along with his family and friends, for their annual gift-giving activity. Their joyful visit complete with festive costumes, holiday cheer, and abundant donations brought smiles and Christmas spirit to our hospital community. Each package includes a blanket, mug, tasty bread, chocolate drinks, and a bath towel, thoughtfully prepared to bring comfort and cheer to those under our care. These gifts were distributed to our patients as a gesture of kindness and compassion.
