Congratulations Fabellans!!!
The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital (DJFMH) has received the Bronze Award under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) at the 2025 PRIME-HRM Awarding Ceremony, held on June 17, 2025, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
The award was officially promulgated on April 10, 2025, through CSC Resolution No. 2500318. The Resolution stated that, based on the validation conducted by the Human Resource Policies and Standards Office of the CSC-NCR, DJFMH has been confirmed to have attained the PRIME-HRM Level 2-Maturity Indicators across all four core HRM areas:
β’ Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP)
β’ Performance Management (PM),
β’ Learning and Development (L&D), and
β’ Rewards and Recognition (R&R)
It was also determined that DJFMH has complied with civil service laws, rules, and regulations regarding the issuance of appointments and other HR programs, while effectively managing its HR records.
In attendance to receive the award were DJFMH Medical Center II, Dr. Salvador B. Evardone, MPH, MHA, CESE, and the Head of the Human Resource Management Department, Ms. Lalaine T. Tanoja.
PRIME-HRM is a program of the CSC that helps government agencies in developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.
In summary, this exceptional accomplishment illustrates the dedication, collaboration, and commitment exhibited by both upper management and rank and file employees, as detailed below, thus, providing evidence that supports the implementation and effectiveness of HR systems:
