After six years, we are back - celebrating the MC GC Get together and Christmas Party once again. Many familiar faces are gone, and many new ones have joined us. We miss those who have moved on, and we warmly welcome the new members of our community. As we come together, we hope to continue and cherish the MCGC tradition for many more years to come.

This 𝘕𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 06, 2025, we honor the memory of 𝐌𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨, our beloved 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘉𝘦𝘥𝘢𝘯 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴’ 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, whose light continues to shine in the hearts of every Bedan Scholar.

Though she is no longer with us, her legacy continues in every scholar who strives for greatness and every act of kindness done in silence.

FREE Coffee , Tea and some treats were served in the afternoon with our invited Barista thru our Mobile Coffee cart set-up after the Therapeutic Expressive Arts Workshop. Faculty members from the CAS , Non-Teaching Personnel (Janitorial, Services, Librarians, Accounting and Security) and guests from the Faculty of Nursing enjoyed the day having a simple kumustahan and self-check thru our prepared activities.

Thank you to our CAS Faculty Members, Librarians and Guidance Counselors for actively participating and attending the Therapeutic Expressive Arts Workshop held at Room 33F at St. Anselm’s Bldg. last Oct.22,2025 ,as part of the celebration of the World Mental Health Month entitled “Maestro at Maestra, Kayo Naman ang Obra”.

We invited Certified Expressive Arts Facilitators and Psychologist to facilitate the event. (Miss Ross Tiu , Ms. Marga Cruz-Franco, RPsy and Mr. Jose Luis Alcuaz III)

🌟 The BEDAN Bounce: Turning Setbacks into Comebacks! 🌟

Today’s resiliency seminar reminded us that challenges are not roadblocks, they’re stepping stones toward growth. 💪✨

Held on October 15, 2025, at the Jonathan Sy Auditorium, this meaningful event for our CAS sophomore students was made possible through the CAS Guidance and Counseling Office.

A heartfelt thank you to our inspiring speaker, Mr. Justine Ray N. Chavez, RPm, CHRA, MAPsy, RPsy , a dedicated psychologist and mental health advocate for sharing his wisdom and empowering our students to rise stronger than ever. 🙌🧠

And of course, a big thank you to our Bedan sophomores for your energy, participation, and openness throughout the seminar. Let’s continue to bounce back with courage and faith because true Bedans turn every setback into a comeback! ❤️🤍
