Supine PCNL combined ultrasound and fluoroscopy guided has several advantages over prone PCNL. Less ionizing radiation exposure, a surgeon ergonomically seated, an anesthesiologist with better airway control, less leg work and fatigue to the nursing staff a shorter operative time, lower intrarenal pressure. It creates "A Happy friendly and a cool workplace for the Surgeon, Anesthesiologist and Nurses".

An adrenal adenoma is a benign (noncancerous) tumor that forms in your adrenal glands. It’s the most common type of adrenal gland tumor.

Primary aldosteronism (also called Conn’s syndrome) is a rare condition caused by overproduction of the hormone aldosterone that controls sodium and potassium in the blood. The condition is treated with medications and lifestyle changes to manage blood pressure and, in some cases, surgery.

This instructional video demonstrates our current technique of performing a four port transperitoneal right adrenalectomy with emphasis on meticulous dissection and hemostasis, achieving a clean and bloodless procedure.

LAPAROSCOPIC MANAGEMENT OF SIMPLE RENAL CYST:
A 7cm. symptomatic simple renal cyst, recurrent despite previous aspiration and injection of sclerosing agents, was marsupialized using laparoscopic techniques. Laparoscopic management of symptomatic simple renal cysts may be an attractive alternative to open surgical techniques.

Mentoring Urology residents Percutaneous stone removal through supine position.

Supine PCNL results in decreased workload for operating room (OR) personnel because there is no need to reposition the patient after ureteral catheter placement as is the case for standard prone PCNL. For supine PCNL a single draping and position is used throughout the entire procedure.
