- At least high school/vocational graduate
- Preferred but NOT required with NCII Certificate of Housekeeping
-At least with 1 year experience and experienced in using of variety cleaning products and tools
- MUST have Motorbike and Driver's License
- Basic knowledge in electrical repairs
- Basic knowledge in plumbing and minor carpentry
- Willing to work in flexible and shifting time schedules
