Gonzales currently brings his wealth of experience to Equilife Medical Equipment, Supplies, and Services Inc. Previously, he held significant roles as the Operations Head at LICA Group's GoParts PH and Assistant Manager for Inventory and Logistics at Equilife.

His proficiency encompasses process mapping and standardization, supply chain management, risk management, demand forecasting, procurement negotiations, warehousing and logistics management, and labor capacity planning. He excels at creating project plans, work breakdown structures, and process manuals.

Known for his ability to work with little supervision, versatility, and excellent communication skills, Engr. Gonzales consistently drives improvements in organizational performance and operational efficiency.
