We are calling for Nominations for Representatives from Health Professional Organizations and Recognized Employee's Associations to the Central Ad Hoc Grievance Board (CAGB) and Regional Ad Hoc Grievance Boards (RAGB) for COVID-19 Benefits. The nominees must be:
1. A member of a national health professional organization for those applying for
CAGB, or must be a member of a local or local chapter health professional organization within the geographical area of jurisdiction of the respective CHD for those applying for RAGB;
2. A member in good standing and duly endorsed by the organization represented; and
3. Preferably with experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or Conflict Resolution.
Submit the following requirements:
1. Letter of intent addressed to the Secretary of Health for CAGB, and to the Regional Director of their respective CHDs or to the Minister of Health in the case of BARMM
β’ for RAGB;
2. Endorsement letter from organization being represented;
3. Curriculum vitae, with details on experience in ADR, if any;
4.. Board Resolution and Secretary's Certificate (or equivalent) specifically authorizing the representative for the purpose;
5. Certification from the organization that the representative has no derogatory record:
6. Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Certificate of Registration (for national organization) or Certificate of Creation of Local/Chapter for regional or local chapters) issued by the Department of Labor and Employment to the health professional organization or recognized employee's association.
