Ibinahagi ng ating mga HEPO na ang hypertension (high blood) ay tinatawag na “silent killer” dahil kadalasan ay walang sintomas—pero maaaring magdulot ng stroke, sakit sa puso, at kidney failure kung hindi makontrol.

🔍 Ano ang dapat bantayan?
Madalas walang nararamdaman, pero minsan maaaring may:

* Sakit ng ulo
* Pagkahilo
* Panlalabo ng paningin
* Pananakit ng dibdib

🩺 Regular na magpa-check ng blood pressure!
Ang normal na BP ay nasa paligid ng 120/80 mmHg (ayon sa payo ng health professional).

🔥 Heat Stroke: Ano ito at paano maiiwasan? 🔥
Speaker: Dr. Mangali (DFCM)

Ang heat stroke ay isang seryosong kondisyon na nangyayari kapag sobrang tumataas ang temperatura ng katawan dahil sa matinding init. Maaari itong magdulot ng pinsala sa organs at maging banta sa buhay kung hindi agad maagapan.

🚨 Mga sintomas ng heat stroke:

* Mataas na lagnat (≥ 40°C)
* Pagkahilo o panghihina
* Pagkalito o hindi maayos na pag-iisip
* Pagsusuka
* Pagkawala ng malay

💧 Paano ito maiiwasan?
🧊 Uminom ng maraming tubig – kahit hindi nauuhaw
👕 Magsuot ng presko at magaan na damit
🌳 Manatili sa malamig o may lilim na lugar
⏰ Iwasan ang matinding init (10AM–4PM)
🧢 Gumamit ng payong, sumbrero, o proteksyon sa araw

👶👵 Paalaala: Mas mataas ang panganib sa bata, matatanda, at may iniindang sakit—bantayan sila lalo na sa mainit na panahon.
