We are honored to have Dr. Zharlah Gulmatico-Flores as one of our distinguished speakers at PRISM: The 1st Postgraduate Course of the Tondo Medical Center Department of Dermatology and Venereology.

Trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery in Israel and Dermatologic Surgery in South Korea, Dr. Gulmatico-Flores brings a wealth of expertise in advanced procedural dermatology. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Dermatology and Program Director of the Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center.

Quasha Memorial. His expertise bridges molecular research and medical education, advancing the integration of molecular science in clinical practice.

He will be presenting “Molecular Basis of Skin Aging,” offering a scientific lens into the mechanisms behind age-related changes in the skin.

We are honored to have Dr. Esmarliza Tacud-Luzon as one of our distinguished reactors at PRISM: The 1st Postgraduate Course of the Tondo Medical Center Department of Dermatology and Venereology.

An esteemed OB-GYN educator and practitioner, Dr. Tacud-Luzon holds a Master’s in Health Professions Education from the University of the Philippines Manila and has completed preceptorship training in hysteroscopy and colposcopy. She is currently a professor of pharmacology at Centro Escolar University and an associate professor at Manila Central University.

She will be presenting "Dilemmas in Pediatric Ge***al Complaints," sharing her insights as a reactor in a case presentation.
