Today, letโ€™s give honor and respect to people who have lost their lives, and unite as we recognize the unending efforts to stifle the epidemic, and to stand together to break the stigma and raise awareness among the general public.

As we continue to recognize and truly appreciate the efforts made to end the pandemic, this also highlights how powerful a heart full of compassion, kindness without judgment, and intentional listening are. As a listening movement, we truly take part in creating safe spaces that are free from any stigma and judgment which help people to feel that they are seen, heard, and supported.

Today, letโ€™s choose to show ๐™š๐™ข๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™๐™ฎ over fear.
Today, letโ€™s try to ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™™๐™š๐™ง๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ rather than to conform to assumptions.
Today, letโ€™s take action to make a society ๐™˜๐™ก๐™ค๐™จ๐™š๐™ง, where every personโ€™s story matters and each voice is valued.

About the Speaker:
๐™…๐™ค๐™จ๐™ž๐™–๐™ ๐˜ฝ. ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™–. ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™–, ๐™๐™‹๐™จ๐™ฎ, known as Josh, is a licensed Psychologist based in Davao City with a Master's in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from San Pedro College. His experience includes supporting long-term clients in therapeutic settings and participating in community-based psychosocial initiatives for children and youth in vulnerable circumstances.

He has helped facilitate creative emotional-expression workshops and resilience-building activities for young girls in a residential care setting, where he and his team used art-based approaches to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and healthy coping among participants.

Beyond clinical work, Josh advocates for accessible mental health education. He hosts an online radio segment for Filipino freelancers focusing on emotional well-being, and he co-leads a digital content venture that blends psychology, cross-cultural insight, and creativity.

Grounded in both professional training and lived experience, he is committed to promoting hope, resilience, and compassionate mental health support for children, teens, families, and online communities.

Children experience the world with wide-open senses. They notice tone, routine, warmth, and even silence. When the spaces around them feel secure, their minds have room to play, learn, and form healthy emotional patterns that stay with them for life.

This advocacy started in Cebu and inspired group of youths in Manila who initiated the movement.
