We are Level 4 Nursing Students and we would like to ask for your participation in our research entitled, “The Relationship between Level of Self-Confidence and Competence of Novice Nurses in Critical Care Areas in Hospitals in Metro Manila” by answering the succeeding questionnaire which would need 15 minutes of your time. Your contribution to this study would be greatly appreciated!
The study aims to determine the relationship between the levels of self-confidence and competence of novice nurses assigned to critical care to add up to the current nursing practice in the Philippines and to determine how we can improve the healthcare and educational approaches concerning novice nurses.
If you...
- Are a nursing graduate of batch 2020-2022;
- works in critical care areas (ICU, CCU, NICU, PICU, ER CCU) in any - secondary/tertiary, public/private hospital in NCR
- didn’t receive any training program not initiated by the hospital;
- and not in supervisory/managerial position
