Your interview success depends on what you focus on. Here are the 3 most important things to remember to pass. ✅

1. Speak Clearly and Confidently

Your communication is your strongest weapon in an interview.
✔ Avoid fillers like “uhm” and “ah.”
✔ Answer in complete sentences.
✔ Keep your voice steady and clear.

Example:
Instead of saying, “Yes po.”
Say, “Yes, I am willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shift.”

2. Show the Right Attitude

Interviewers look for attitude over experience.
✔ Be willing to learn.
✔ Be open to night shift and holidays.
✔ Stay calm when answering situational questions.

Example:
“I may not have experience yet, but I’m highly trainable and eager to improve.”

3. Give Structured Answers
