We believe that persons with disabilities have their own rights for an education and society that will help and accept them as who they are. That there should be schools and institution that will cater their needs to be one of the responsible citizens in the future. That with a proper guidance and trainings, they will be and can be asset of the society not a liability like what others may think. CORD Foundation, Incorporated exist to fulfill those missions with the help of our Almighty God and people who has and have passions and hearts for our person with special needs.
