The Principals’ Circle of the Philippines Annual Convention 2025 gathered school leaders on September 17–18, 2025, at the Lotus Ballroom, City Garden Suites Manila, for two days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

Day 2 began with a special presentation from Teachmint Technologies Inc, the event’s major sponsor, followed by a recap of Day 1’s key moments. Mr. Christopher Tan, Country Head of PHINMA Education Philippines, opened the day’s sessions with “From Classroom to Career: Aligning Education with Industry Demands for Future-Ready Graduates.” After a short break, Ms. Maria Louella Tampinco, Quality Assurance Director of Miriam College, led a thought-provoking discussion on “Ethical AI Adoption: Implications of ChatGPT Use in Education.”

In the afternoon, Dr. Rose Marie Salazar-Clemeňa guided participants through “Whole School SEL Integration: Building Emotionally Safe and Inclusive Learning Communities” and facilitated a dynamic mini SEL workshop. Participants left feeling motivated and equipped with actionable strategies to integrate into their schools.

The Principals’ Circle of the Philippines Annual Convention 2025 successfully brought together school leaders last September 17–18, 2025, at the Lotus Ballroom, City Garden Suites Manila, for two days of inspiration, collaboration, and future-focused conversations.

Day 1 opened with registration, invocation, and the national anthem. Dr. Rose Marie Salazar-Clemeňa, RGC, RPsy, President of APSA, then delivered the Opening Remarks, setting a tone of unity and purpose for the event. A heartfelt message from Sen. Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV, Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Basic Education, was read by the host, encouraging principals to work together in strengthening Philippine education and building a brighter future for learners..

The first session, "Innovations and Strategic Directions from the Department of Education," was delivered by Dr. Ebenezer A. Beloy, Chief Education Supervisor, Curriculum Implementation Division, SDO Manila. This was followed by the keynote address, "Championing Education: A Shared Mission for School Leaders and Nation Builders," delivered by Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE, President of Taguig City University. His address was warmly received by the audience, bringing a burst of energy that set the tone for the entire convention.

In the afternoon, Dr. Rowell “Well” Paras, National President of the Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI), led the session "Nurturing and Retaining Excellence: Strengthening Human Capital in Schools," sharing strategies to support and sustain teacher excellence.

Throughout the two-day convention, a raffle draw facilitated by Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) added excitement and joy, keeping the participants engaged.

With its theme "Future-Ready Leadership: Navigating Change, Driving Innovation, and Fostering Well-being in Schools," the 2025 convention inspired school leaders to lead with purpose, embrace innovation, and create learning environments that nurture both academic success and emotional well-being.
