1 tbsp olive oil
For the Potatoes:
1 lb baby potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil

For the Gnocchi & Sauce:
12 oz potato gnocchi
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions: ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 25โ€“30 minutes until golden and tender.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 5โ€“6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, then drain.
Steam or boil broccoli for 4โ€“5 minutes until tender-crisp.
In the same skillet, melt butter and cook mushrooms for about 5 minutes until browned. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and chicken broth, simmer until slightly thickened.

12 oz linguine
For the Protein:
2 cups cooked chicken
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
For the Sauce:

1 onion, sliced

1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
For the Add-ins:
2 cups spinach
1 cup parmesan

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
8 oz penne pasta
For the Garlic Butter Alfredo Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1ยฝ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
To Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
600 g baby potatoes, halved
2 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
200 g green beans, trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Rub chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and half of the seasoning.
Toss potatoes, carrots, and green beans with remaining olive oil and seasoning.
Spread vegetables evenly in the baking dish and place chicken on top.
Drizzle lemon juice over everything.
Bake uncovered for 35โ€“40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
