He is Dr. Kadil "Jojo" Sinolinding, Jr. The Minister of Ministry of Health, BangsaMoro Region. A progressive Public health and Nutrition advocate, dedicated Ophthalmologist, Hospital manager and a Community organizer. A National and international awardee in various fields in Medicine, he is a proud member of Philippine Medical Association (PMA), IMANPhil, Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology (PAO) and the International Society of Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (ISMAICA). He worked his way serving the Philippines' Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao as the Secretary of Health and Regional Nutrition Director for more than 9 years. At present, he is a Member of the Parliament.
