I conducted a lay forum about PCOS and HIV last Sunday, August 3, 2025. Masaya ako kasi mga napapanahong topics ang PCOS and HIV, and I was privileged to get to share facts about them. Knowledge is power ika nga, and I hope nakatulong ito sa mga babaeng nakapakinig sa akin, lalo na at mukhang eager to learn sila. 🤓🥰

Breastfeeding has recently become a close topic to my heart. The more I learn about it, the more I realize na hindi ba’t parang ang underrated ng breastfeeding? I feel like it deserves more acknowledgment, as it is a special gift that mothers give to their babies. 👶🏻❤️

Since it’s Breastfeeding Awareness Month, I’ll be posting a series of facts about breastfeeding in the coming weeks. I’m hoping na makatulong ito for the moms out there and moms-to-be. 🤗
