Men often cope with stress in ways that hide emotional pain. These behaviors may look normal, but can signal deeper struggles.
Men often mask emotional stress through:
• Overworking
• Excessive gym workouts
• Drinking or smoking
• Escaping through gaming
• Sleeping too much or too little
• Acting “numb” or disconnected
• Avoiding conversations about feelings
Check on the men in your life, even the strong ones.
