Here are some reasons why men often hesitate to seek help:

• Fear of judgment

• Pressure to “stay strong”

• Stigma around crying or expressing emotion

• Lack of emotional support systems

• Belief that they must solve problems alone

• Cultural expectations to be the “protector.”

• Limited mental health conversations for men

Acknowledging emotions is not weakness, it’s
